A yoga practice  promotes health and  assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, and flexible while simultaneously providing mental clarity and emotional well-being.  If you come, breathe, and try your best, you’ll notice immediate benefits. Dress comfortably. Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before class. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
