Owner and Instructor
Hasu began her exploration with yoga more than 20 years ago. Fascination with energy and breath led her to the study of the Integrated Amrit Method in 2009. She began teaching in 2011 after completing Level 1, Posture of Consciousness teacher training program at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida. The thirst for learning more took her to study Yoga Nidra and Master Yoga Nidra training, and Yoga Therapy at the Amrit Yoga Institute. In 2016 she completed Advanced Yoga training, Meditation in Motion, also at Amrit Yoga Institute. She has trained with Stacie Dooreck to lead chair yoga classes. In 2015, she became a certified stress-interdiction specialist through Bootstrapusa. This quote from her teacher Yogi Amrit Desai explains the philosophy of her teaching. “The best way to stay in the present moment is to get absorbed in what you’re doing then watch what’s happening inside of you. Feel it, don’t think it. Just relax and feel what you’re feeling.”
